THE FURRY GODMOTHER....
LOVING PET CARE, WHEN YOU CAN'T BE THERE
THE OWNER At 17, I found my special one, a black lab named Blooky. Blooky brought so much joy into my life and the lives she touched. She

Heather Walters is the owner and operator of The Furry Godmother. Animals have always been my strongest passion and there
is nothing better than living day to day life surrounded by them. At age three, I welcomed my first dog, Scamper and the pet family
grew each year. From there I started bringing home cats, birds, mice, turtles, fish, guinea pigs, hermit crabs and more dogs.
was my baby. She had such a gentle way about her and even had non dog people loving her! She was so revered that it was no
surprise to anyone close to me that I chose Blooky to be my flower girl in my (2002) wedding.

Blooky and I did everything together and spent summer days swimming at the beach, riding in the family boat, walking in parks, playing
with her Frisbee, participating in Faithful Friends, Just Fur You therapy program as well as in local fundraisers--including the
Humane Society’s annual Walk for the Animals. In 1998, another black lab mix, named Noni, joined the famiIy. Blooky and Noni
didn't always see eye to eye but they loved going for walks together and going for a swim. In 2005, Blooky passed, but I still honor her
memory and others (Noni passed in April 2009) by continuing to be an active member of the Best Friend’s Animal Society in Utah and
standing up for Animal rights around the world.
After working in the travel industry for ten years and completing my AS in Business Administration, I realized the time was perfect to persue my dream of starting my own business and working with animals.
To carry on my tradition, in late April, 2009, I adopted yet another black lab and named her Tallulah May. She is a true
nut case, but so much fun to have around. She LOVES all people and animals. We love going to the local Bark Park
and she enjoys playing with my son and the neighborhood kids!
I currently live in North Wilmington with my son Ethan and Tallulah!
I currently live in North Wilmington with my 3 bad cats and new puppy. Presently I am a Vet Tech at an emergency services veterinary hospital in Valley Forge, which I love! I spend any free time I have with my nieces and nephews, baking and then hiking to work off the baking!

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn but most call me Katie. I have been around animals all my life. Growing up, my family always had several cats and a dog. Today, I have 5 cats, 2 dogs, and a horse. I enjoy playing with the bigger breeds of dogs, because most people are scared of them and I love the challenge! Thank you I hope to meet you soon.
